Cucumber Salad    (Uborka Salata)

3    cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1 tsp.   salt
3 TB.    white vinegar
3 TB.   water
1 TB.    sugar
1/2 tsp.   paprika
1/4 tsp.   pepper
3/4 cup   cream

Cucumber preparation
Peel and thinly slice 3 large cucumbers and place in a bowl.
Sprinkle with salt.
Set aside for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Gentlely squeeze water out of cucumbers

Salad preparation
Combine vinegar, water, sugar, and cream.
Place squeezed cucumbers in a salad bowl.
Pour the vinegar mix over the cucumbers and toss lightly.
Sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
Serve chilled.
